Hidding the eggs

Hope you all had a good Easter. I had a pretty good Easter because I got to be the Easter Bunny and hide the eggs for Kosmo to hunt. Kosmo of course has an inferior brain and didn't find all the eggs. I hid 12 and he only found 5 less than 50%. I think the girl human will be able to find the rest with her nose by now....heheheeheh

It's good to be the KITTY. I just get to lay around all day. The humans are always complaining about "work" they have to do that a lot. Housework, Yard work, Job Work, etc.

I just lay on my chair and laugh... hee hee there the humans go to work and the house is MINE!

Newspaper!

Well many of my fans know of my love of bags but did you know newspaper is also so much fun?!? The humans just unpacked a lot of glasses from storage. What a mountain of paper....it was the hugest mountain I've climbed. I got to tunnel through....I even ran and jumped on it. I can't believe the humans were so nice they left the pile of newspapers for me to play in for two days...... I spent most of my time buried inside and swatting at Kosmo when he came by....ha hahahahha.

NaNA Nabooboo

The girl human was finishing up laundry and was folding the kitchen towels to put in the cabinet. She was silly in opening the cabinet before she was ready because it stayed open.....and I moved in.



When I was told to get out......this was my reply. NaNA NAbooboo...PPPPPPllllllll. (and sticking out my tounge at her)





It didn't go over so well..... she shut me in the cabinet and I couldn't get out. I pushed....and the door didn't open. I pushed harder and it opened, but then came back at me'. I'll think twice before I go in a cabinet again because it took me about 15 minutes to get out.

Me, Me, Me

Wheeeew. I've had a busy few months and now I'm ready to be back with my Fans. I'm sorry for the gap in postings.

Well now we are back to my favorite subject. ME. All four visitors told me how handsome I was. I was also given complements on being a good kitty. I was adored by all humans who visited my kingdom. Mrs. Kitty is another story...... she was very unpleasant under the door. I hoped our UN meeting would have been peaceful in treaty negotiations, however, she remained firm on her claim to the upstairs bedroom. I was not allowed in and she was not allowed out and there was a trade embargo set to refuse all toy exchanges. This will probably not be the last time she comes to usurp my upstairs bedroom, but I always get even with rubbing my smell all over her humans! ha ha.

Thank you for not bothering me, however, I really only got that one moment to relax. I've had a super busy month with visitors from Indiana, Connecticut, and Wisconsin. Now, it's April and Easter is coming! Where has the time gone?!?

"Any-who", I'll try to post some pictures around the end of the month. Take care, I'm going to try to get some things done around here.

This no cats on the couch without a human rule is getting OLD! I think some law will have to be passed in the land of Romanoff where humans are not allowed on the couch! Those humans don't seem to care that I'm the supreme ruler.

Gonna Get Ya

The humans are fun to play n"Gonna Get Ya' usually they creep up on me all hunched over saying, "gonna get ya Roman, Gonna get ya Roman"....over and over. I scream and howl so they think they are going to win. But then, I roll over so I can attack. ..... the game is on!

Waiting

I hate when the boy human isn't home. I wait and wait for him at the front door. The girl human says I'm confused and think I'm a dog! I can't believe she would say such a thing. I'm just waiting for my human to come home and pat my head....I even meow to let her know he's here. I'm just a polite kitty.

Brr. Brr Brr

Mimi didn't say she was bringing the cold with her. As soon as her plane landed the cold front came through.... and it's 50 degrees!!! what the heck happened to my 80 degree weather...and open windows and playing outside...... O'well getting warm by the fire one last time for the season.

My old bowl

I'm so glad with all this re-arranging my favorite bowl is empty again. The humans say I don't fit in it like I used to when I was a kitten, but it's still one of my favorite places to sit. I will be spending the rest of the week and weekend with my Mimi from Indiana so I'll see you all on Monday.

Mommy's little helper

The girl human is making curtains for the living room and I'm helping her. I'm really good at measuring and holding down the fabric.

This is me helping by staying out of the way....I was banished from the room by the end of the curtain making. The girl human didn't appreciate my need to eat everything. Just one little bite on the fabric and everything on the table slid right off....who knew? Below is the string that tempted me...... and ended up with all the fabric and pins all over the floor.

Whew.

It's been a hard week. A lot of changes goning on and a lot of new stuff to sniff. I think I need to take a nap and let my nose rest.

I think right her in font of the TV is a good place for my chair. Hope the humans don't mind when they come home.

DUCKY!!!

The new spot for my chair gives me a good view of my Nemesis. Oh!! That stupid duck is out there....floating around in the dark. I know he's watching me and laughing that I am trapped in the house..... I can't wait until I go outside because I want to swat him. I have to find a way to get rid of Ducky.

So Comfy

Today was great. The humans are still changing things around here and I got some new things to lay on. I refused to get up because it was so comfortable. However, I was chased from the room when I began to sharpen my claws on them. Then, I came back in and tried to chew on them.....chased away again. My next attempt was to eat the strings.....also caused me to get chased and yelled at. So I settled for laying on all the items the humans needed. Anything and everything that was put on the floor I sat on. It was a fun day.

I hear my Mimi is coming to visit. I love jumping in her suitcase and racing her up the stairs. I'm so excited I can't wait. I've got my toys picked up and in the toy bowl and my fur is all brushed. The girl human said I couldn't wait on the porch for you because it will be another week still....... Are you here yet?

Keeping Warm

Well it's not freezing here, but the cold front came though and there's a 'nip in the air tonight.

We are keeping the girl human warm with kitty love. Well I suppose the blanket helps too....

Fresh Greens

These look extra tasty! I was so excited when I found these fresh greens up stairs today. My humans are always telling me to eat my greens.....however, these apparently are OFF LIMITS! (that must be why the door was shut.....but I'm good at busting down doors) I guess this is what is going to go in the Earth Box that cousin Whiskers says works so well. I don' t see anything labeled "Potato Chips".

Changing on the inside

Since I'm on the subject of change around here, the inside is changing too. The girl human said it's just to try and see if we like it. She moved all the living room furniture around last weekend. I kinda like my chair in this corner because I can see outside while I lay down. I vote for keeping it this way.

Wait a minute....

These humans keep changing things! I used to see pretty rose trees when I came out the front door. I'm so confused. However, I say good-bye rose trees because I used to get my leash stuck on them and Hello little Italian cypress trees. Also, Mr. Snaily keeps getting moved around. He used to be on the porch area and now he is over by the geranium. Mr. Snaily is a good outside friend, which is in contrast to Mr. Ducky who is my nemesis. I will get that duck.........

Up, Up and ....Ouch!

I was a good cat all week so my human took me out into the front yard on my leash today. While we were walking around I spotted a bird mocking me from a nearby tree. This was more than I could take, so I ripped the leash out of the humans hand and ran up the tree toward the bird. I was half way up this odd looking tree, when I lost my pawing and fell. Kosmo took this shot of me in mid fall, just before I falling on a branch then hitting the ground. I shook it off though, I climbed the tree again and had a snack.

Not Talking

We are not speaking. We just don't agree on the role of government in our daily lives. I feel that Romanoffland should be all for one and one for all. Kosmo is all for the survival of the fittest and fells the government of Romanoffland is too invasive and should get out of his life.

However, I am the supreme ruler of Romanoffland and feel my subjects are not intelligent enough to manage for themselves, we will continue with the current policy of "Do as I say!!!!"

What the heck?!?

What is this in my way? It says Earth Box on the side........ I don't see the Earth in here. These humans are crazy if they think they can box the Earth.

Fast as lightning

The boy human and I were playing in the new box that arrived. I love this stuff! I could play in the box for hours....... and I did! I played with him, with my bug, and with Kosomo in the box before it was put out to the trash. This picture is a blur because I am so awesome and fast.

Claws

Kosmo got captured today, held down, and had his claws trimmed. He started to come after me next, so fast as a bunny I ran to my post. When he seen me doing my own claws he left me alone...hahaha. Nice and sharp, just in case I need to go to war. Now that Kosmo has been partly disarmed, I'll have the adavantge.

Watching TV

This is my favorite show ever...Family Guy! Watching these dumb human shows it would seem us cats are far superior. If only we had thumbs, we would rule everything.
