It's me or the Wii

This new game has got to go. It's me or the Wii! The humans don't pay any attention to me anymore because all they do is play this game....golf, bowling, driving! No Roman time...... This is going to have to be destroyed because it's a worse attention hog than Kosmo.

Family Fun

I enjoyed having the family over at Christmas because we got to play Dominoes. This game was pretty fun, but I had to have the human help me pick up the tiles and stand them up. Not having thumbs is such a problem, but I can knock them over and slide them into place when it's my turn. I didn't do too bad considering the amount of Cat-ritas (my margarita) I had while playing.

This is me opening up my present from my Wisconsin Grandma. The paper is extra fun to play with. The humans always take my toys to "unpack" them, so I have to have stuff to do while I wait. Finally, my toy is ready to play with..... swat! swat!

Christmas Boxes

Christmas has brought me lots of boxes. This one is my favorite box that came all the way from Wisconsin. While I'm in here I get to catch up on the local paper and it seems like Wisconsin is a cold place. Maybe sometime I'll have to check out this thing they call snow. The box has a bunch of white stuff that I thought might have been snow but it turns out they are peanuts....the inedible kind.

Back to work

Well the family has gone , Christmas is over, and it's back to work for me. I've got to help get this bathroom done because I am the official "helper cat." Kosmo has been labeled the "in the way" cat because he just runs underfoot. I am handy with my paws and can help with painting. It's easy, you just step in the paint and walk around. The humans are using this FreshAir paint that has no VOCs so they didn't even care when I tried to eat it. They said it won't hurt me but they need the paint so it's not food. Darn it..... it looked so tasty.

Time to relax

Well, the bathroom didn't get done, but it wasn't for the lack of trying...just the lack of drying. Ha ha I crack myself up. The tile glue didn't dry so we can't finish grouting the tile. My grand-humans are going to be here today, so this is the time to relax and enjoy family. I'll talk to you all after Christmas. Hope you get all the turkey you want.....

Little Helper

The human and I have been busy with man stuff. We worked on the plumbing for the hall bathroom yesterday. This is me making sure it lined up with the old plumbing. I kind of freaked my human out; he didn't know I was going to help check the line. So when he stuck his head in to see.... there I was. He laughed so hard and said to hold it so he could get a photo for my website. HA ha .... I love that human. We are going to be busy this week with remodeling the bathroom so I'm going to take the week off from the Blog....see you next Saturday.

Planning my Christmas Dinner

Well, I thought I would look through the girl human's recipes today to pick out what Turkey dinner I want for Christmas. When I showed the girl human the one I wanted she said there won't be a Christmas turkey because they are going to her brother's house. Holy Crap! What am I going to do...I've missed my chance to get turkey! Maybe just maybe my TV watching will help me..... I've heard stuff about this Santa..... maybe I can write him a letter.

Sunshine

It was another sunny day and even though it's cold out it's nice to open the blinds and get some sun on my fur. It just make me a happy cat to have sunshine warming me. I think the girl human likes it too, she will lay with me in the sunshine sometimes.

Tower of Power Play

I really like to swat at fingers. This is the boy human playing with me on the tower of power. I can't believe I fit through the hole. It's a tight squeeze, but I made it and was able to swat at the human.

Most wonderful time of the year..

Christmas is the best. There is a tree in the living room, ornaments to play with, and I get to sleep on the fuzzy blanket around the tree. The presents are now fun too.... I've been playing with the girl human and I almost got her! I've planned a rematch for tomorrow, she will just have to find out when I jump out of the presents at her. It's going to be awesome.

cold weekend

It has been a very cold weekend. I haven't wanted to do much other than nap. Kosmo took this shot of me sleeping on the blankets on the couch while the humans were away today. He thought he could blackmail me with it. Ha Ha like I care about their rules, I'll post it on my site!

Just ridiculous

Can you believe this orange cat? What normal cat will do tricks for food? NONE ... tricks are for dogs! I've already told you how he shakes a paw to get food, well, he also stands up to get food. He gets treats from the humans all the time..... and I don't. This cat is such a brown-noser it's just ridiculous.

All is well in Romanoffland

Today was a lot warmer than other days and it was nice to lay by the window and watch the outside. Kosmo and I can share....but I get the best spot! Notice that I have the pillow to support my back and he has the sun in his face. Just as it should be in Romanoffland.

Laundry monsters

There are laundry monsters in the dirty clothes, that is why I like to sleep in the clean ones. However, this was an exciting day because I almost caught one! I don't know what happened, but I hooked it with my claws and the boy human screamed "ouch" and the monster was gone...... vanished into thin air. I don't know what connection the boy human has with the laundry monsters but they seem to show up when he is around.....does he feed them? Hmmmm I'm going to have to do some experiments to test out my Laundry monster feeding schedule......

Enough is Enough

I know I'm super cute and just irresistible to the ladies, but enough is enough. I'm trying to sleep under the tree and that lady keeps taking my picture and blinding me with the flash. So......... I jumped out and swatted her! HI-YAH

Of course that lady took another photo! I think I'm going blind from all these flashes!

Oraments

Ornaments! What fun it was to help the girl human decorate for Christmas. Mainly I held down the lid for her. She didn't like me sharpening my claws on the lid, but she thought I was so cute helping pick out ornaments that I was forgiven. This took up all my afternoon and I was just so exhausted I had to take a nap.
